発送先、お客様情報入力画面にて住所の都道府県を「その他」でご選択ください。
その下の市区町村と番地の二段に分けて、お住まいの国と細かい地域をご記入ください。

ご連絡、やりとりは日本語文メールにて行います。
間違ったメールアドレスをご記入の場合、注文が正常に行えない場合がございます。

決済は注文時指定銀行振り込みとなります。
その他のお支払い方法、クレジットカードでの決済は承れませんのでご了承ください。

ＥＭＳ（国際スピード郵便）を利用し、発送致します。
ＥＭＳ送料は梱包重量により細かく区分されておりますため、ご注文を頂いた際すぐに送料を算定することができません。
ご注文を頂いた後当社にて仮梱包のうえで送料を加算したお見積もりを作成し、メールにてお送りいたします。
そちらをご承認頂いてはじめて「受注確定」となります。

荷物の到着に際して、関税等がかかる場合があります。このような通関手続きのためにかかる費用は、
お客様の負担とさせていただきますのでご了承ください。
通関手続きは発送先の国によって異なるため、詳細はお客様の地域を管轄する税関にお尋ねください。
書類上、お客様が完実電気オンラインショップからの輸入者となりますので、商品を受け取った国の法律、および規定に従ってください。

商品は受注確定から約一週間でお届けいたします（地域によって異なります）
発送は、送付先としてご連絡いただいたご住所にいたします。関税等の理由により海外にて
お受取いただく際に、郵便局での引渡しとなる場合もございます。
現地での事情によるため、この点につきまして弊社では対応することができません。
また各地域でのお届け方法に関する詳しい状況もわかりかねますので、予めご了承ください。
国外への発送においては、商品の種類別にその金額が関税書類に記載されます。

ＥＭＳでは損害賠償制度を利用しております。
到着時の破損は対象となる場合もございますので、お手数ですがお客様からＥＭＳへお問い合わせください。

注文間違い、発送後の交換、返品などお客様都合の場合、ご入金後のキャンセルは原則として承っておりません、あらかじめご了承ください。
銀行振込の場合のみ、振込をされる前であればキャンセルが可能です。

定義としましては、お買い上げ頂きました商品の保証書の内容に準じます。
お買上いただいた商品で、製造・輸送過程の不都合により、機能上の欠陥ないし動作不良を起こす事が確認された製品が不良品となります。
お買い上げ商品の初期不良については、開封時期にかかわらず商品到着日から2週間以内に弊社にご連絡いただいたものに関し、交換のみのご対応とさせていただきます。
ご返金はお受け付けしておりませんので、ご了承ください。
初期不良の判断は弊社にて行うため、お客様よりオンラインショップへご連絡、ご確認を必ずお願いします。

初期不良の場合の送料は、一旦お客様にてご負担いただくことになります。
送料はお客様にてお調べになって頂き、実際にかかる金額を弊社へご連絡くださいませ。
その金額を弊社が確認、了承させて頂いた後に発送準備をお願いいたします。弊社へ商品が到着し次第、その送料金額を指定口座へご返金いたします。

We will deliver the items you buy at Kanjitsu on line by EMS.
Delivery cost will be informed you by email separately because it may vary, especially size and weight. Upon receiving your confirmation of the delivery cost , your order will be completed to begin with all of procedure of the shipment.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. When ordering from Kanjitsu on line, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

The shipping times will be allowed by 1 (One) week and more after your order is completed. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond this original delivery estimates. There may be the case you receive your items at your local post office due to custom clearance or tax or local regulations or others. We cannot handle this change with your local UPS officers. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require the value of the item to be stated directly on the document and package.

UPS uses institutions of compensation for the damage of the goods by EMS. There may be the case of the institutions to be applied to your damaged goods. Please contact your local UPS office.

We cannot accept cancel your order except for the following reasons:
・ Damaged goods
・ Wrong items
・ Defective goods
Customers can only cancel the order before the transaction of payment is completed.

Unless otherwise stipulated by manufacturer’s warranty or law, we accept the return of defective items only when returned within 14 days. We exchange the items, not issue the refund. Prior to returning an order or item, please contact us by following email with the order number in advance; webshop@shop.kanjitsu.com
Returning cost will be paid by the customer temporarily. Before shipping the defective goods back Kanjistu on line, you will let us know the cost of returning
the defective goods. You will ship them to Kanjitsu on line after receiving the confirmation of the cost. We will transfer the payment for it upon receiving the defective goods.
Please note that;
The cost of the custom or any irreverence for returning goods will be paid by cutomers.We will only pay the cost of returning we are informed in advance. We will not pay any extra cost after you inform us of the cost.
